Feel Like Everyone Is Against You? Watch This Before It’s Too Late

Mike Masters 1 min read Article + video

A lot of people feel like the whole world is working against them, and like every person in their life is conspiring against them. People call it paranoia. There’s nothing shameful about it, but it’s worth looking deeper: why is this happening to me?

It comes back to your intentions

Look closely and it usually narrows down to our daily actions and the intentions behind them. When we care only about ourselves and let the ego steer, we treat the world with disrespect, and it responds in kind.

Who are you trying to impress?

We try so hard to be the macho man or the macho woman for our followers and neighbours that we hurt the people closest to us in the process, sometimes only saying “I love you” so they’ll stay. But the people you’re performing for won’t be there when you need them. Further down the road, you’ll find yourself alone, and the people you hurt will be gone.

The question I ask myself

I want things to work in my favour too. But before I act I ask: will this hurt someone, and do they deserve it? If it would hurt someone I love, or someone who has done nothing to me, I don’t do it.

Your life is a consequence of your previous actions. Stop pointing fingers. Reset your intentions, through meditation, and align with the people working to make the world better. The door is open, but it won’t stay open forever. If you don’t know how, message me on Instagram and ask.
