Feeling Lost and Confused? You Don’t Have to Find the Way Alone

With everything going on in the world, it’s easy to get off track, and a lot of people feel lost and confused. If that’s you, there’s nothing to worry about. Plenty of people out there are willing to help you get where you want to be.

Why you need a guide

Feeling lost means you lack direction. Feeling confused means you struggle to tell what’s good from what isn’t. In that state, walking on alone usually takes you deeper into the unknown, sometimes somewhere you were never supposed to be.

I’ve been there, in the mud up to my neck, sinking every day, until someone gave me a hand. Many of us only realise we were wrong once we’re already living the consequences. So find someone to hold the light for you: a mentor, a guide, a guru.

Where to look

It’s not just me. On YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and in the real world, there are people already shining their light and sharing their message. Look in the comment sections; we comment under each other’s videos to show support, and to tell people, “I’m here too. Message me if you need help.”

Don’t be ashamed to reach out. Every one of us who’s sharing has been through the same madness. We’re here because someone led us out.

Trust the familiar feeling

Sometimes the people around you feel like strangers wearing masks, while someone you’ve never met, whom you found online, feels strangely familiar, as if every word speaks to your soul. Often that’s your intuition leading you to your people, the ones who’ve been through what you’re going through. Reach out. You’ll make it through.
